Senior Capstone (Myaamia Language Learning Platform)
2025- Developed a Laravel-based progressive web application with a five-person team to support Myaamia language instruction through gamified language-learning activities that help learners practice vocabulary and support language revitalization efforts.
- Designed and normalized a MariaDB database to store 14,000+ Myaamia words, user information, and instructional material.
- Built course and lesson management features allowing instructors to add and remove lessons from courses and manage vocabulary entries within lessons.
- Collaborated in an agile development environment with biweekly client meetings, iterative development, and sprint planning.
- Applied knowledge of PHP, HTML, SQL, and JavaScript to deliver a client-specified product.
